Shipping from Broomall

First entering office.

Getting your labels and invoices off of the printers.

Quick tour of warehouse

Here is a quick tour of the warehouse once you go downstairs.

Matching labels to the invoices

The labels and the invoices should print out in the same order. You can first pair them together so that each customer has his/her invoice and shipping label together.

Ship One 5515 (5515-1)

In this video, you see how to ship a 5515 filter that is already pre-assembled in the box. You just need to add the invoice to the box, seal the top and add the shipping label and contents label to the outside of the box.

Ship One M2000 (M2000-1)

In this video, you see how to ship an M2000 filter that is already pre-assembled in the box. Please note that we ship an M2000 filter for model numbers M1000 and an M20001.

Just like the 5515 above, you just need to add the invoice to the box, seal the top and add the shipping label and contents label to the outside of the box.

Ship Two 5515's or M2000's (5515-2 or M2000-2)

In this video, you see how to ship two 5515 or M2000 filters that are already pre-assembled in the box.

Just like the videos above, you just need to add the invoice to the box, seal the top and add the shipping label and contents label to the outside of the box. However, the labels go on "sideways".

How to look for quantities

There are 2 places where orders reflect the quantity that a customer purchased: In the quantity column as well as the last digit of the model number. Please look for both.

How to ship 3 or 4 filters

Shipping 3 or 4 filters is much the same as the 2 pack above. However, you will need to assemble a box that is 12x6x6 inches. They are not pre-made for shipping. If it's 4 of the 5515 filters, you'll need the instructions and card in the box. If it's 3-4 M2000 filters, you'll only need the card. (Both will need the filters and the invoice, of course...)

Shipping an Olympia. Part 1: Paperwork

Shipping an Olympia (the large boxes with the water coolers in them) is different than shipping filters. Although, they are made up and only require the invoices and shipping labels, the location is different. This first video shows you how to get the paperwork ready.

Shipping an Olympia. Part 2: Labeling

This video shows you where to label the Olympia to get it ready to ship.

Shipping an Installation Kit (IK)

We sell some models of coolers that are not in this warehouse. The other warehouse stores and ships the coolers - but not the filter and the installation kit. We have to create and ship the installation kit for each one of those other models. The kit should be made up for you. The only think you need to do is add the model-specific directions , the invoice and the packing slip. The directions are in the plastic bins on the wall to the right if you're facing the shipping table.

Where to put shipments for UPS pickup

OK - you've used the above information to create all of the shipments for the day. Awesome! Now, what? If you're going to stay in the office until UPS picks up (usually about 4:30 PM), you can just leave the boxes inside the warehouse door. UPS will back their truck up, open the door and take the shipments for the day. If the weather won't damage the coolers (Rain, snow, wet ground), you can put the boxes just outside the garage door. Then, close the door and make sure it's locked.

If weather isn't good - and you're not waiting for UPS

If the weather will damage the shipments for the day, you can carry the boxes upstairs and leave them inside the front door. We can text the UPS driver, give him the front door code - and he can open the front door and pick them up. He'll then lock the front door when he's done.
