So, there are a few things that we need to define when it comes to getting your ClearPoint BottleLess water cooler set up/installed for you and your co-workers/family:

  • Installation: An “Installation is where the waterway needs to be installed connecting the “bottleless” water cooler to a water source (typically, under a sink).
  • Set up: A “Set Up” is where you already have the waterway (water “tube”) run to the place where your cooler will be located.
  • Service Call: A “Service Call” is where you already have a ClearPoint Water cooler – and something isn’t working – and the troubleshooting information on the Support Page isn’t helping (and you’d like a technician to come out)

Installation Service

Would you prefer to have someone install your ClearPoint water cooler for you? We’ve got you covered! Our exclusive, National installation service makes it quick and easy.

One of the members of our network of professional, certified technicians would come to your home or business and install your new bottleLess water cooler for you. All of our installers are licensed and insured, and we cover every ZIP code in the 48 continental United States.

Here is how it works: Just add Installation call to your cart and check out. Once your cooler ships, our service team will be in touch with you to schedule a time to come out and install your BottleLess cooler. Our teams monitors the tracking of your scheduled delivery date and shoots for scheduling your installation the day after your cooler is due to arrive. We understand how much you want to get drinking your pure water – so we will make every attempt to get you on the schedule right away.

Cooler location

The cooler can be placed almost anywhere you’d like. All that’s required are a few things: a place to put the cooler, a standard electrical outlet, and a water source somewhere in the building. In about one hour, our professional service technician will have you drinking pure, delicious water.

Please note: we only perform our Installation and Set Up Service on coolers purchased from ClearPoint Water.

Safety during this uncertain time

A Note on “Stan­dard” Instal­la­tion: We have estab­lished the fol­low­ing para­me­ters to define a $199 “stan­dard instal­la­tion”. Standard Installation means that the cooler should be within 25 feet of a water source. If your cooler will be a further from the water source, but there may be an additional, reasonable fee. For significantly longer installations, please let us know in advance so we may allot more time. If the waterway is to be run over a ceiling in an office, the ceiling should be accessible, preferably a “drop ceiling”.

We reserve the right not drill through marble, Corian, or other hard surface materials.

If your cooler falls out­side of these para­me­ters, we may require an addi­tional rea­son­able charge beyond the $199 instal­la­tion fee.
